These can also come as unresolved issues from past lives or absorption from our close family members as well as current and childhood experiences that were never addressed. They affect us by projecting through our relationships and connections with others; often these lingering wounds cast shadow over how we show up in the world.
Inner child healing is an incredibly enriching form of healing, bringing an extended sense of peace and freedom, unbinding the shackles of the past, and allowing you to experience yourself and the world from a healed perspective.
